99 Regent Street — also written NinetyNine Regent Street — is a two-floor club in the West End, on the address that has housed London nightlife since 1954. Open-format hip hop runs upstairs and house downstairs, in a room pitched deliberately more elegant than the big-room clubs around it.
Everything you need before you go.

The Two Floors
- Upstairs — open-format hip hop, RnB and whatever the room is asking for. This is the main space and where most tables sit.
- Downstairs — house, darker and more dance-focused.
Both floors run on Friday and Saturday. On Wednesday and Thursday only one floor opens, which makes the midweek nights noticeably more intimate — worth knowing if you are picking a date for a group that wants both sounds.
Which Night to Pick
Wednesday and Thursday run one floor — smaller, easier at the door and the better value. Friday and Saturday open both, which is when the venue makes proper sense: two sounds, one booking, and a crowd to match. If your group is split between hip hop and house, go at the weekend.
Getting In
Women are free to £20 on the guestlist. Men are around £50 and normally need to be part of a mixed group. A table from £600 covers entry for everyone. Full detail on our guestlist page and entry price guide.
Worth Knowing
The 20+ age policy catches people out. Most London clubs are 18+; this one is not, and it applies to table guests too. Check the group before you book — see the age guide.
Location
99 Regent Street sits at the Swallow Street end of Regent Street, London W1B 4EZ. The nearest tube is Piccadilly Circus, two minutes away, with Oxford Circus and Green Park both walkable. Maison Close is on the same corner if you want two venues in one night.
The Address
99 Regent Street has been a nightlife address since 1954, when it housed Al Burnett’s Stork Club and drew a crowd that ran from Harold Macmillan to Frank Sinatra and Elizabeth Taylor. It later became the Cuckoo Club, one of London’s defining venues for the best part of two decades. 99 is the same founders, reunited on the same floor after years apart, building something deliberately different for how London goes out now.
