99 Regent Street — also written NinetyNine Regent Street — is a two-floor club in the West End, on the address that has housed London nightlife since 1954. Open-format hip hop runs upstairs and house downstairs, in a room pitched deliberately more elegant than the big-room clubs around it.
This guide covers how the door works, what it costs and how to arrange your night. Our booking service is free.
How the Guestlist Works
- Women — free to £20 depending on the night and how busy it is. Quieter midweek nights are usually complimentary.
- Men — can go on the list, generally around £50, and normally only as part of a mixed group. Exceptions happen, but they are exceptions.
- Table booking — from £600 minimum spend, covering entry for everyone on the booking.
The practical version: an all-male group is unlikely to get through on the list. Either come as a mixed group or book a table, which settles the door completely. We would rather tell you that now than at 11pm on Regent Street.
The Two Floors
- Upstairs — open-format hip hop, RnB and whatever the room is asking for. This is the main space and where most tables sit.
- Downstairs — house, darker and more dance-focused.
Both floors run on Friday and Saturday. On Wednesday and Thursday only one floor opens, which makes the midweek nights noticeably more intimate — worth knowing if you are picking a date for a group that wants both sounds.
Opening Nights
Open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 11pm until 4am. Wednesday and Thursday run one floor and are the easier door. Friday and Saturday open both floors and fill properly.
Dress Code
Elegant. This is a dressed-up room and the door treats it that way — no sportswear, no trainers, nothing scruffy. See our full 99 Regent Street dress code guide.
Age Policy
20+, which is higher than almost every club in London and worth checking before you plan a group. Photo ID required. See the age policy guide.
Tables
Tables start at £600 minimum spend — the amount your group commits to spend on bottles, not a fee on top. Across eight people that is £75 each with entry included. See the table booking page.
Location
99 Regent Street sits at the Swallow Street end of Regent Street, London W1B 4EZ. The nearest tube is Piccadilly Circus, two minutes away, with Oxford Circus and Green Park both walkable. Maison Close is on the same corner if you want two venues in one night.
The Address
99 Regent Street has been a nightlife address since 1954, when it housed Al Burnett’s Stork Club and drew a crowd that ran from Harold Macmillan to Frank Sinatra and Elizabeth Taylor. It later became the Cuckoo Club, one of London’s defining venues for the best part of two decades. 99 is the same founders, reunited on the same floor after years apart, building something deliberately different for how London goes out now.
