2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you and all members of your group meet the minimum age requirements of your chosen venue. Some venues require guests to be 21 or older on certain nights.
3. Bookings and Reservations
All guestlist and table booking requests are subject to availability and venue approval. London Night Guide acts as an intermediary between you and the venue. We do not guarantee entry to any venue. Venues reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion, including for reasons related to dress code, behaviour, capacity, or age verification.
Table reservations are subject to minimum spend requirements set by the venue. These vary by venue, night, and table location. Details will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. Guestlist cancellations carry no penalty. Table booking cancellations may be subject to the venue cancellation policy. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Dress Code
All venues featured on London Night Guide enforce dress codes. It is your responsibility to check the dress code of your chosen venue before attending. Entry may be refused if dress code requirements are not met, and London Night Guide accepts no liability in such cases.
6. Behaviour
Users are expected to behave responsibly at all partner venues. London Night Guide reserves the right to refuse future services to anyone whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate. Venues may remove guests who behave in an unacceptable manner.
7. Limitation of Liability
London Night Guide acts solely as an intermediary. We are not responsible for:
- Entry refusal by any venue
- Quality of service, food, drinks, or entertainment at any venue
- Personal injury, loss, or damage at any venue
- Changes to venue hours, events, or policies
- Disputes between users and venues regarding pricing or service
