77 London — also written Seventy Seven — is a 550-capacity electronic music club in the basement of The BoTree hotel on Welbeck Street, Marylebone. It was designed by Concrete, the Amsterdam studio, as a deliberately asymmetrical room lit by synchronised gold and silver LED, and it is one of the few rooms in this part of London booking dance music seriously.
This guide covers how the door works, what it costs and how to arrange your night. Our booking service is free.
How Entry Works
- Guestlist — available for men and women, 18+. Door prices move with the night and the headline act, so we confirm the figure for your date rather than quote one that is wrong half the time.
- Table — from £1,000 minimum spend, covering entry for the group.
- Tickets — bigger bookings also sell through Resident Advisor. On those nights a ticket or a table is the surer route, because guestlist places are finite.
Send us the date first. 77 programmes by booking rather than by night, so what gets you in on a resident Thursday is not what gets you in when there is a name on the bill.

The Room
The design is the point. Rather than a rectangular floor with the DJ at one end, Concrete built an asymmetrical space on two levels: a sunken dance floor with a mezzanine of booths looking down over it, wrapped in gold and silver LED that moves with the music. Sightlines are good from almost everywhere, which is unusual at 550 capacity.
The practical consequence is that a table here is not a consolation prize for not dancing. The upper booths overlook the floor rather than facing a wall, so a group can sit and still be in the night.
Opening Nights
Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 11pm until 4am. Thursday runs quieter and is the easier door; Friday and Saturday carry the headline bookings.
Music
House and electronic, booked properly rather than as background. Guests have included Dimitri from Paris and Novak & Vidojean. The Resident Advisor listings tell you what kind of room this is — it draws a dance-music crowd rather than a bottle-service one.
Dress Code
Smart. No trainers, hoodies or ripped jeans. Marylebone rather than Mayfair in feel — sharp rather than formal. Read the full 77 London dress code guide.
Age Policy
18+ with valid photo ID for every guest. See the age policy guide.
Tables
Tables start at £1,000 minimum spend. The mezzanine booths overlook the dance floor rather than sitting off to one side, so a table keeps you in the night. See the table booking page.
It Is Under a Hotel
77 sits in the basement of The BoTree, which is more useful than it sounds. There is a bar and restaurant upstairs for dinner before, and rooms above if the night runs long — so a birthday or a group weekend can be built around one address rather than three. It also means the arrival is discreet: you go down into the club rather than queueing on the street.
Location
77 is at 77 Welbeck Street, Marylebone, London W1G 0BB. The nearest tube is Bond Street, about five minutes on foot via the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, with Oxford Circus a similar distance. Welbeck Street runs north off Wigmore Street, just behind Oxford Street — central, but a street quiet enough that you are not queueing in a crowd.
