Luna Club London has closed. The club on Argyll Street, near Oxford Circus, no longer operates, so the Luna guestlist that London Night Guide used to run has ended and no new names can be added. If you were planning a night at Luna, the free guestlists below are open at clubs a short distance away with a similar crowd and music.
Free guestlists instead of Luna
All five are open and taking bookings as of October 2026, and all are within a short walk or taxi ride of Oxford Circus.
- Tape on Hanover Square, a few minutes from Oxford Circus, which Time Out describes as a nightclub, recording studio and private members lounge: hip hop, RnB and Afrobeats, the closest match to Luna's music.
- Cirque le Soir on Ganton Street, Soho: hip hop and RnB with circus performers working the room, for groups who liked Luna's live shows.
- Maddox on Mill Street, Mayfair: hip hop and house from Thursday to Saturday.
- 99 Regent Street (formerly Cuckoo Club) on Regent Street: two floors of hip hop and house, open Wednesday to Saturday.
- Rumour (formerly Tabu) on Dover Street, Mayfair: a small, 200-capacity room playing hip hop, RnB and house.
How the guestlists at the open clubs work
Joining a guestlist through London Night Guide is free. You send the night, the number of guests and the names, and we confirm your place with the club. On the night, guestlist arrivals use a separate queue, and entry is free or reduced before the cut-off time, which is usually around midnight. The club's door policy and dress code still apply, so arrive in good time, dressed smartly, with valid photo ID for everyone in the group.
For a birthday or a larger group, a table is usually the better choice: the whole group is admitted together and the minimum spend goes on drinks during the night.
What Luna Club London was like
For reference only: Luna was a late-night club at 8-9 Argyll Street with brick-arched rooms, playing RnB, hip hop and commercial music alongside live performances, mainly on Friday and Saturday nights, with a glamorous, dressed-up door policy. It has since closed, so none of these details can be used to plan a night there.
