JOIN GUESTLIST

99 Regent Street — also written NinetyNine Regent Street — is a two-floor club in the West End, on the address that has housed London nightlife since 1954. Open-format hip hop runs upstairs and house downstairs, in a room pitched deliberately more elegant than the big-room clubs around it.

A table is the cleanest way in, and the only reliable one for an all-male group — the guestlist is built around mixed groups.

Minimum Spend

  • Tables and booths: from £600 minimum spend
  • Peak Saturdays and event nights: higher minimums apply — confirmed when you book

The minimum spend is what your group commits to spend behind the table on bottles and mixers. It is not a cover charge, and the table itself costs nothing. Across eight people £600 is £75 each, entry included.

What It Works Out At

  • 6 people: about £100 each, entry included
  • 8 people: about £75 each, entry included
  • 10 people: about £60 each, entry included

What Is Included

  • Entry for your whole group, on either floor
  • A reserved table held in your name for the night
  • Bottle service with mixers, ice and glassware
  • A host looking after your table
  • Free booking and concierge support from London Night Guide

The Two Floors

  • Upstairs — open-format hip hop, RnB and whatever the room is asking for. This is the main space and where most tables sit.
  • Downstairs — house, darker and more dance-focused.

Both floors run on Friday and Saturday. On Wednesday and Thursday only one floor opens, which makes the midweek nights noticeably more intimate — worth knowing if you are picking a date for a group that wants both sounds.

Where to Sit

Most tables are upstairs, around the open-format floor, which is the busier and more visible room. Downstairs has its own seating for groups who are there for the house. On Wednesday and Thursday only one floor opens, so tell us your date and we will place you in the room that is actually running.

Group Sizes

Tables suit groups of roughly six to fourteen. Larger parties can be laid out across adjoining tables — give us the final number and we will keep everyone together. Note the 20+ age policy applies to every guest on the booking.

When to Book

Friday and Saturday go first, with both floors open and the room at its busiest. Wednesday and Thursday are more relaxed and better value if your date is flexible.

Location

99 Regent Street sits at the Swallow Street end of Regent Street, London W1B 4EZ. The nearest tube is Piccadilly Circus, two minutes away, with Oxford Circus and Green Park both walkable. Maison Close is on the same corner if you want two venues in one night.

How to Book

Send us your date, group size and rough budget. We come back with availability and the minimum spend for that night, hold the table in your name, and confirm before you go. There is no booking fee.
