Short answer: ladies pay between nothing and £20 on the guestlist depending on how busy the night is, and gentlemen come in on a table from £1,000. Rumour does not run a mixed guestlist, so the usual London rules do not quite apply here.
Ladies’ Guestlist — Free to £20
The guestlist price moves with demand rather than sitting at a fixed rate:
- Wednesday and Thursday: usually complimentary or close to it
- Friday: typically in the middle of the range
- Saturday and event nights: toward £20, and the list closes earlier
Getting on the list in advance is what keeps you at the lower end. Message us with your date and group and we will arrange it — the service is free.
Gentlemen — Table Bookings Only
Men are not added to the guestlist at Rumour. It is a 200-capacity room with a tightly managed door, and the venue controls the balance of the room through table bookings rather than a list.
A table from £1,000 minimum spend covers entry for the entire group, men included. For a group of eight that is £125 each including your drinks.
Mixed Groups
A mixed group is handled through the table rather than split across a list and a door queue. Tell us the full number and we will arrange it as one booking.
Why Rumour Differs From Other Mayfair Clubs
At most London clubs the guestlist is the cheap way in for everyone and the door price is published. Rumour is smaller than almost all of them, and the trade-off for an intimate room is a narrower door. Worth knowing before you plan the night around a free list.
What Else to Budget For
- Drinks — Mayfair pricing; a table is often better value for a group than a night of rounds
- Getting home — a 4am finish means a taxi or night bus; the tube is closed
