Wednesday is when London nightlife wakes up for the week. As of October 2026, four of the clubs we book are open on a Wednesday: Cirque Le Soir and The Box in Soho, Rumour in Mayfair and 99 Regent Street on Regent Street. If you are looking for clubs open on a Wednesday in London, start here.
Cirque Le Soir
Cirque Le Soir on Ganton Street, just off Carnaby Street, is London's most theatrical club: performers, acrobats and circus acts through the night, with hip hop and RnB on the decks. It opens at 11pm and runs until 3:45am. Wednesday is one of its regular nights, and the show runs as it does at the weekend.

The Box
The Box on Walker's Court in Soho is London's most provocative club: burlesque and boundary-pushing performances through the night, with RnB between the shows. It opens at 11pm and runs until 4am, Wednesday to Saturday, and the Wednesday show is the full programme without the weekend queue. The door is selective, so dress up and book ahead.
The Box doesn't run a guestlist, so book a table at The Box, from 1,000 pounds, for a seat close to the stage.
Rumour (formerly Tabu)
Rumour is the intimate club on Dover Street in Mayfair, in the space Tabu used to occupy. The room is small and red-lit, the music is open format (hip hop, RnB and house) and it runs from 11pm until 4am, Wednesday to Saturday. Because it is small, it fills quickly: book ahead.

99 Regent Street (formerly Cuckoo Club)
99 Regent Street is the West End club on the old Cuckoo Club site, with two floors: hip hop upstairs and house downstairs. It opens Wednesday to Saturday from 11pm, and midweek usually only one floor is open, which keeps the room busy.

Why go out on a Wednesday?
- Easier guestlist. Wednesday doors are calmer than Friday or Saturday.
- Lower table minimums. Midweek minimum spends are usually lower; ask us for the figure on your date.
- A head start on the weekend. The Box, Rumour and 99 Regent Street open from Wednesday, so you can try them before the weekend crowds arrive.
Getting home on a Wednesday
There is no Night Tube on a Wednesday: Transport for London runs it on Friday and Saturday nights only. Plan a night bus or a taxi, and book a car ahead for a group.
