That is just the headline list. We work with restaurants, rooftop bars, hotel ballrooms and members' clubs alongside nightclubs — so if you want dinner first, drinks second, and dancing until 4am, we can sequence the whole night across multiple venues.
Private Hire, Sections & VIP Tables
Christmas demand pushes most groups towards three booking formats. We will recommend the right one based on your headcount, budget and how private you want to be:
- Full venue buyout — exclusive use of an entire club or floor for 80 to 400+ guests. Ideal for corporate parties wanting a branded environment, or large family/friends groups who want the run of the place. Available at most of our partner venues subject to date and minimum spend.
- Section / VIP area hire — a roped-off area within an open venue, with dedicated security, your own bar, and reserved seating. Works well for 20 to 60 guests when full buyout is overkill but you want a clear group identity on the night.
- VIP tables & bottle service — the standard premium format for 4 to 15 guests. Includes a reserved table, bottle service from £500 minimum spend, free entry for the whole table, and dedicated waitstaff. Christmas weekends typically push minimum spends 20-30% above standard rates.
- Guestlist for larger groups — when budget is tight, we can guestlist groups of 8-30 across multiple clubs with priority entry. Free for women at most venues, reduced for men before midnight.
Food, Drinks & Dietary Requirements
Several of our partner venues serve a full menu before the late-night programming kicks in — Mistress of Mayfair, Tape London and 100 Wardour Street all transition from dinner service into clubbing on Christmas weekends. We can pre-arrange tasting menus, set group menus, and accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free and allergy requirements as long as we know in advance. Drinks packages range from house bottles to vintage champagne and rare spirits.
How It Works
- Get in touch with your preferred date, group size, vibe and budget. WhatsApp is fastest.
- We send venue options with availability, indicative cost and what's included. Usually within an hour during business hours.
- You pick, we confirm the booking, take any required deposit, and send you the booking confirmation with arrival instructions.
- On the night the venue is expecting you. Priority entry, your table is set, and our team is on call by phone if anything needs adjusting.
Why Book Early
Two reasons. First, supply: London has roughly 25-30 premium party venues, all of which are booked for Christmas across the same six-weekend window. Once Friday 12 December and Saturday 13 December are booked out (typically by mid-October), groups have to compromise on date or venue. Second, pricing: minimum spends and table fees rise as availability tightens. Booking in October or early November typically saves 15-25% versus same-week bookings.
Free Concierge — How We Make Money
Our service is genuinely free to you — we charge nothing for planning, recommendations, guestlist or booking. Venues pay us a referral commission, which is built into their published rates regardless of whether you book direct or through us. The advantage of using a concierge is access (we hold relationships at venues that don't accept direct guestlist requests), pricing leverage (we negotiate group rates), and one point of contact across every venue we work with.
