KOKO is a Grade II-listed Victorian theatre on Camden High Street, restored in 2022 to its Louis XIV-style auditorium — red velvet, gilded balconies, chandeliers and a giant disco ball hanging over the dance floor. It is one of the few rooms in London where a VIP table comes with a genuine theatre view rather than a corner of a basement.

This guide explains what a table at KOKO actually costs, how the minimum spend works, and which tier is worth paying for. Booking through London Night Guide is free — we do not add a booking fee on top of the venue’s minimum spend.

KOKO Table Prices & Minimum Spend

KOKO prices tables by position and by night. Saturdays and headline-DJ shows carry the highest minimums; Fridays are the best value if you want the same room for less.

  • Standard balcony booth: from £1,000 minimum spend
  • Floor-side or central premium tables: from £1,500 minimum spend
  • Headline DJ Saturdays: premium pricing applies — confirm at the time of booking

Minimum spends are guide prices and vary by event, date and availability. Headline shows sell out well in advance. Message us for the current rate on your date.

What the Minimum Spend Actually Means

A minimum spend is not a cover charge or an extra fee. It is the amount your group commits to spend behind the table on bottles and mixers. If your booth carries a £1,000 minimum, you spend £1,000 on drinks — the table itself costs nothing.

Split across a group it is more reasonable than it first sounds. A £1,000 booth across eight people is £125 each, and that includes your entry, your reserved space and table service all night.

Which Table Tier Should You Book?

Balcony booths

KOKO’s three-tier balcony is the signature of the room. Booths here sit above the floor with clear sightlines to the stage and DJ booth, and they are the best choice if you want to see the production, keep your group together and still be able to talk. This is the entry point at £1,000.

Floor-side and central premium

From £1,500, these put you at the level of the action — closer to the booth, in the middle of the energy, and the most visible position in the venue. Worth it for birthdays and bigger celebrations where you want the group to be part of the room rather than watching it.

What Is Included

  • Priority entry for your whole group — no queue along Camden High Street
  • A reserved table held for the night with bottle service
  • A personal host looking after your table
  • Mixers, ice and glassware included with your bottles
  • Free booking and concierge support from London Night Guide

Bottle Service at KOKO

KOKO’s list covers the range you would expect from a major London venue — champagne, vodka, tequila, whisky, rum and gin, with premium champagnes and large-format bottles presented to the table. Because pricing moves with the event and the season, we do not publish a fixed bottle-by-bottle list here that could go out of date. Ask us for the current drinks menu and we will send it across before you commit.

For most groups the practical question is not the price of a single bottle but how to hit the minimum sensibly — usually two or three bottles across the night for a mid-sized group, with mixers included.

Club Nights vs Live Shows

This is the part most people miss. KOKO runs two very different kinds of night:

  • Late-night club shows (Friday and Saturday, 10pm–4am): house, electronic and disco. This is when the table and guestlist offer above applies.
  • Ticketed live gigs: concerts run on their own schedule and are ticketed separately by the venue. Table availability for gig nights is limited and handled case by case.

If you are looking at a specific artist or date, tell us the date and we will confirm exactly what is available. See our full KOKO Camden guide for how the programming works.

How to Book

Send us your date, group size and rough budget and we will come back with the available tiers and the current minimum spend. We hold the table in your name and there is no charge for the service.

Is the minimum spend an extra fee?
