Gallery Club London is a 400-capacity house and electronic venue on Kensington High Street, built around a central 360-degree concrete DJ booth with a d&b audiotechnik system. It opened in 2025 under the line “West London, Rewritten”, and it is the most serious room the area has had for dance music in years.

The Three Spaces
- Main Room — 350 standing, with the DJ booth in the middle of the floor rather than at one end. The crowd surrounds the booth, which changes how the room feels entirely.
- Cubanista — a 150-capacity Cuban tequila bar off the main floor, red-lit and considerably calmer. Where you go when you want to hear each other.
- The Studio — a 35-capacity room for smaller bookings and private use.
There is also a late-night pizzeria on site, which is rarer in London clubbing than it should be and matters more at 3am than it sounds.
How Entry Works
This is the part to get right before you go: Gallery does not take walk-ins. Entry is by guestlist or table only, so turning up on spec does not work however early you arrive.
- Guestlist — places are limited and go early for headline nights. Door prices move with the night and the booking, so we confirm the figure with you before you commit.
- Table — from £1,000 minimum spend, covering up to 10 guests and settling the door for the whole group.
There is also a group rule worth knowing. Men are expected to arrive with women, and all-male groups of three or more are frequently turned away. A table solves it: the £1,000 minimum covers up to 10 people with no more than five men, so a mixed group books cleanly.
Why It Matters for West London
Kensington has not had a credible dance-music room in a long time. Gallery is a deliberate correction: a proper sound system, a booth the crowd can stand around, and a booking policy that brings in names who would otherwise only play east or south. If you live west, it is the first club in years worth staying local for.
Which Night to Pick
Thursday is the softest door and the best value. Friday fills properly. Saturday carries the biggest bookings and goes first. Check what is on before you choose — the programming varies more here than at a typical Mayfair room, and the right night depends on who is playing.
Location
Gallery is at 2A Kensington High Street, London W8 4RE, opposite Kensington Gardens. The nearest tube is High Street Kensington on the Circle and District lines, a minute away; Notting Hill Gate and Earl’s Court are both a short ride. It is the rare serious club night that does not require going east.
