TSQ Club is the basement club beneath the Thai Square restaurant on Cockspur Street, a short walk from Trafalgar Square. It opens Friday and Saturday only, 10pm to 3am with last entry at 2am, and the music moves between K-pop, EDM, house, hip hop, hardstyle and bass. The crowd skews young, with a strong following among East and South East Asian clubbers, which makes it one of the more distinctive rooms in central London.

The Music Is the Point

Most central London clubs converge on the same house and commercial R&B. TSQ does not. The programming runs K-pop, EDM and hip hop alongside house, hardstyle and bass, with residents DJ BOMB and DJ SOO through 2026, and it is noticeably faster and harder than anything else at this postcode. If that is what you want, the nearest alternatives are a long way east.

The Room

A boutique basement rather than a superclub: a dance floor in front of the DJ, a VIP area, and a small stage used for live performances. Capacity is modest, so it feels busy early, which works in its favour. The club markets itself as the best Oriental club in London, and the identity is genuine rather than a marketing line.

The Crowd

Young, student-heavy, and with a strong following among East and South East Asian clubbers. That gives it an atmosphere genuinely distinct from the Mayfair rooms. People come to dance, and the floor is full rather than ringed by people watching it.

The Annoyances

  • Cash-only door. Easily the most common complaint, and entirely avoidable if you know in advance.
  • Priced by scan-in time. A slow queue can cost you £10 a head.
  • No re-entry. Only the small smoking area, and that closes at 2:40am.
  • Two nights only. Friday and Saturday; there is no midweek option.

Verdict

Worth going for the music and the atmosphere rather than for luxury. This is a dance basement in the most central location in London, not a bottle-service showroom, and for K-pop, EDM or hardstyle inside Zone 1 it has effectively no competition. If you want Mayfair polish and house music, Tape or Cirque Le Soir are the better night.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, if you want K-pop, EDM, hardstyle or hip hop in central London. It has almost no competition on that music inside Zone 1. It is a dance basement rather than a luxury bottle-service club.

Young and student-heavy, with a strong following among East and South East Asian clubbers. People come to dance rather than to sit.

The cash-only door catches people out, and the price is set by the time you are scanned in, so a slow queue can cost you £10 a head.

A different night entirely. TSQ is faster music, a younger crowd and a dance-floor focus. Mayfair clubs like Tape are house and R&B with table service and a stricter door.
