The Rose Club has closed. The club at 23 Orchard Street, near Marble Arch and Bond Street, no longer operates, so its guestlist and tables can no longer be booked. The site is now Chakana, a different business.
Where to go instead of The Rose Club
All are open and taking bookings through London Night Guide as of October 2026.
- 77 London at 77 Welbeck Street, Marylebone: a basement club with a serious house and electronic booking policy; 18+.
- Selene at 4 Winsley Street, Fitzrovia, near Oxford Circus: house-led nights, Thursday to Sunday, 11pm to 4am, with private bowling lanes.
- Tape London at 17 Hanover Square, Mayfair: hip hop, RnB and Afrobeats, open Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- The Box on Walker's Court, Soho: a theatrical club where the performances are the main event, open Wednesday to Saturday.
What The Rose Club was like
For reference only, as none of this applies any more: The Rose Club was a theatrical club of around 450 people. Waitresses wore tutus, ballerinas performed by the bar and live opera singers opened the night before the DJs switched to electro, funky house and RnB. The dress code was elegant.
