Maison Close has closed. The Mayfair club no longer operates, so the Maison Close guestlist that London Night Guide used to run has ended and no new names can be added. The free guestlists below are open at Mayfair clubs that offer a similar night out.
Free guestlists instead of Maison Close
All five are open and taking bookings as of October 2026.
- 99 Regent Street (formerly Cuckoo Club) on Regent Street, near Piccadilly Circus: two floors of hip hop and house, open Wednesday to Saturday.
- Selene on Winsley Street, near Oxford Circus: the closest match to Maison Close's house and electronic music policy, open Thursday to Sunday.
- Rumour (formerly Tabu) on Dover Street: a small, 200-capacity Mayfair room playing hip hop, RnB and house.
- Maddox on Mill Street: one of Mayfair's busiest clubs, hip hop and house from Thursday to Saturday.
- Tape on Hanover Square, which Time Out describes as a nightclub, recording studio and private members lounge: hip hop, RnB and Afrobeats for a dressed-up international crowd.
How the guestlists at the open clubs work
Joining a guestlist through London Night Guide is free. You send the night, the number of guests and the names, and we confirm your place with the club. On the night, guestlist arrivals use a separate queue, and entry is free or reduced before the cut-off time, which is usually around midnight. The club's door policy and dress code still apply, so arrive in good time, dressed for a Mayfair club, with valid photo ID for everyone in the group.
For a larger group or a celebration, a table is usually the better choice: the whole group is admitted together and the minimum spend goes on drinks during the night.
What Maison Close was like
For reference only: Maison Close was a house and electronic club in Mayfair with a capacity of around 250, open from Wednesday to Saturday, 10pm to 4am, with a smart and elegant dress code. It has since closed, so none of these details can be used to plan a night there.
