Funky Buddha has closed; Itzel now operates at its Berkeley Street address. The Mayfair club no longer operates, so its Tuesday party and guestlist can no longer be booked. Itzel opens later in the week, so for a Tuesday night, Tape London and Reign are the clubs to book.
Where to go instead of Funky Buddha

- Itzel (formerly Funky Buddha) at Funky Buddha's former address, 15 Berkeley Street, Mayfair: hip hop and house, open Thursday to Saturday, so not on a Tuesday.
- Tape London at 17 Hanover Square, Mayfair: hip hop, RnB and Afrobeats, open Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Reign on Piccadilly: a showclub with live performance, open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
What Funky Buddha Tuesdays were like
For reference only, as none of this applies any more: Funky Buddha's Tuesday party was billed as "Obsessions, Models night out", with RnB and funky house from the DJs for a dressed-up Mayfair crowd. The room was known for its giant monk statues and waterfall backdrop, and the dress code was smart and elegant.
