To celebrate St Patrick’s Day, Trafalgar Square turned green as thousands of revellers, Irish dancers, and pets marched in fancy dresses to mark the beginning of St Patrick’s Day celebrations in the capital. The event included performances by the cast of smash-hit West End musical The Commitments, Lord of the Dance and rapper Lethal Dialect.
