- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): for website security and service improvement
- Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)): to provide our concierge service as requested

- Process and fulfil your guestlist and table booking requests
- Communicate with you about bookings via WhatsApp, email, or phone
- Share necessary details with partner venues to arrange reservations

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.
6. Data Sharing
We share your data only with:
- Partner venues: name, group size, date, and requirements to arrange your booking
- Service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), WhatsApp (messaging), processing data on our behalf under data processing agreements
- Notification services: Telegram and CallMeBot for internal team booking notifications only
We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
7. Data Retention
- Booking data: 12 months after booking date, then deleted
- Contact information: 12 months after last interaction
- Technical data: 90 days for security purposes
You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).
8. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure: request deletion ("right to be forgotten")

- Resend (email delivery, US-based)
